Charity work

In this project, I created recycled tote bags from surplus fabrics of previous
collections of the Belgian fashion designer Christian Wijnants. I learned how to
sew, and had to find technical solutions when obstacles arose. I sold the bags
and donated the money raised to a charity called Habbekrats, a youth
organisation that helps children aged 8 to 18 who live in harmful
environments. The pictures showcase the process of this work.
